Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
1. What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), and what you asked for (for example a site visit, price list, brochure or floor plans).
- SMS verification: to unlock the brochure and floor plans we send a one-time code to your mobile number. This is handled through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Marketing and usage data: the campaign details in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), the Google Ads click ID (GCLID), and standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location.
2. How we use it
- To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Assetz Mizumi Reserve, send the price list, brochure or plans, and arrange site visits.
- To keep a record of your enquiry in our lead and customer systems.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website, including recording that a lead came from a Google Ads click.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google tag) to measure visits and ad performance. When you arrive from a Google Ads click we store the click ID in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so a later enquiry can be matched to that click. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, but ad measurement may be affected.
4. Who we share it with
- Assetz Group (the developer), where needed to follow up on your enquiry.
- Service providers that run our systems: Google (Sheets, Apps Script, Firebase, Analytics, Ads and YouTube video embeds) and our CRM.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Keeping your data safe, and how long we keep it
We use access-controlled systems and take reasonable steps to protect your data. We keep your details for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@propterraadvisors.in or calling +91 97303 71370.
7. Terms of use
- All project information (prices, payment plans, areas, possession dates, amenities and images) is provided by Assetz Group, is subject to change without notice, and is for representation only. It is not an offer, invitation or solicitation to book units.
